Welcome!  The first thing I want to do is thank you for the visit, and to tell you how to read my website name. Start by saying "Great!" then Oregon Real Estate as in you just found a great site for Oregon Real Estate where you can search for country property, large acreage, horse property, vacant lots, fishing and hunting properties, waterfront properties or how about a coast property or a luxury home?  Second, you can say "Great Oregon," Real Estate, because it is a great place to live, work, pass through or retire. Lastly you can also say great Oregon real estate as you are looking at your search results - or even that property you've been dreaming about.  In short, the title of the website can be read many ways like Oregon can be a place of many things to do.  And, I'm introducing my website first and not me because your requirements and searches are not about me, they are about you, and what you want, I'm just here to help once you find what you are looking for, that's my job and that's what I've done with my career.
 
I relocated to Oregon from California's Silicon Valley in 2003 and love it here. I worked in technology for 35 years and now I get to meet and work with really nice people and visit some really great properties. I graduated from San Jose State University, got a MBA at the College of Notre Dame De Namur in Belmont just south of San Francisco and finished off my academic endeavors with an earned doctorate in business administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco (don't ask me about outsourcing - I know too much about it...:-) ), so you might ask: why am I not teaching? Well, actually I am. No two real estate transactions are the same, so I not only teach myself with each new transaction, but I also teach my clients about real estate, the markets and how to succeed.  For almost all of my working career I was in the service end of the manufacturing business, so it doesn't make any difference what your requirements are: I need to meet them.  It also does not make any difference where you are in the world or what your timeframe to purchase is: I need to meet them.
 
I could put down a lot more about me, but again, this is about you and your needs.  So, let's just say that my job is not to SELL you a house,  my job is to help you BUY one!
